Microsoft is abusing its dominant position..again!!!

This is a copy of the letter I have sent to the European Court of Justice regarding the abuse of dominant position by Microsoft

Dear European Court of Justice

I am writing to explore the chance of suing the American company Microsoft for abuse of dominant position.

Indeed I just bought a Netbook here in Italy and the PC has Windows 8 as Operative System.

The problem is the computer is set in a way which does not allow the user to have access to certain functions of it if you don't have a microsoft.com account.

-You can't set up the Operative System and you can't even log into the computer if you don't have a Microsoft.com account.

- You can't set up the Mail software if you don't use a microsoft.com account

- You can't use the Skydrive software if you don't have a Microsoft.com account

I think this configures a typical case of abuse of dominant position. The same which made the

American Department of Justice to take an action against Microsoft for the issue of the

browser explorer.

I would like the European Court of Justice to look into this matter as soon as possible and if it's

not of your jurisdiction/competence to forward it to the Court which deals with this kind of abuse.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Regards,

Gianluca D'Agostino
